Register on Zeffy →Registration uses a shopping cart. Your registration fee is one item and each ensemble you want to participate in is a separate free item you add to the same cart. Each item has a short form collecting details about your participation. When your cart is complete, check out all at once.
Choose Early Bird, Regular, or Guest based on when you're registering and your membership status. Fill out the form that appears — it asks for your name, pronouns, emergency contact, how many conferences you've attended, and which PBA organization you belong to.
Scroll down to the free ensemble items. Add each one you're interested in — Concert Band, Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Band, Color Guard, Marching/Pep Band, or Percussion Ensemble. Each has its own short form asking about your instrument, part, and experience.
Conference T-Shirt ($25) and commemorative pin ($12) are available as add-ons. If you're participating in Marching/Pep Band, a t-shirt is required — add it to your cart before checking out.
You can add a donation to Pride Bands Alliance at the bottom of the Zeffy page. Zeffy covers all platform fees, so 100% of your donation goes directly to PBA.
Click "Continue" to review everything in your cart, then complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email from Zeffy — save it as your proof of registration.
Zeffy provides their registration platform at no cost to Rainbow City Performing Arts and Pride Bands Alliance. However, during checkout Zeffy will add a default "tip" of 17–22% with the message "Help keep Zeffy free for Pride Bands Alliance (optional)
Unlike the donation on the first page, 100% of this money goes directly to Zeffy, not to Rainbow City or PBA.
If you do not wish to pay this tip or want to adjust the amount, select "Other" and leave the Contribution field blank, or enter a different amount.
